Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for 2026 technology roadmap implementation
- Architect scalable solutions integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in future-tech implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology applications
- Experience scaling global innovation programs with $50M+ budgets
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
