Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patent-pending technologies across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets and forge strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Translate market trends into scalable product roadmaps achieving 30%+ YoY growth
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members driving $50M+ investment decisions
- Mentor technical talent and establish FutureHorizon's thought leadership in emerging tech
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with proven portfolio of commercialized breakthroughs
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with focus on futurism
- Expertise in emerging tech (Generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum algorithms)
- Track record securing $10M+ in innovation funding and managing global R&D teams
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan journals
- Experience scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ revenue streams
