- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor talent pipeline in future-skills development and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation or strategic leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/PhD/MSc) or equivalent experience
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
