Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, biotech, and renewable energy innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patent-pending solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation leadership with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 2020-2025 market impact
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier journals
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies with commercial success
