Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum computing applications
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Present innovation strategies to investors and board members
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and post-quantum cryptography landscapes
- Expertise in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
