Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through systematic horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and prototype next-generation technologies
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects from concept to market validation
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate innovation, R&D, or futures planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
