Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in quantum AI, biotech convergence, and metaverse ecosystems
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation strategy with business transformation goals
- Analyze emerging tech patents, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify first-mover opportunities
- Design incubation frameworks for exponential technologies including synthetic biology and neuromorphic computing
- Present disruption scenarios to investment committees securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Mentor a global team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, WFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, STEEP-V analysis)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
