Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market opportunities and disruptors
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite executives
- Manage portfolio of 5-7 innovation pilots with $2M+ annual budgets
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech forums
- Mentor junior strategists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning methodology
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 100 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering strategic frameworks for 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or bio-convergence trends
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
