Responsibilities
- Lead development of multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Design and implement strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry disruptors
- Present future-focused frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization frameworks
- Author thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review, Nature, and WSJ
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology architecture
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi methods)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Published work in futures studies or technology forecasting
