Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in renewable energy and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives on AI governance and ethical frameworks
- Produce whitepapers on quantum computing applications for climate modeling and precision medicine
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and industrial designers
- Present strategic recommendations at global innovation summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Analyze emerging blockchain and metaverse regulations for regulatory compliance strategies
- Design KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on disruptive technology adoption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar R&D budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year innovation frameworks
