Responsibilities

- Analyze global megatrends (climate migration, demographic shifts) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into market-ready applications
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact across sustainability and human augmentation metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech startups
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching products with 10-year+ market impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
