Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market disruptions with 3-5 year foresight
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision and growth objectives
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling innovation narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation and risk assessment for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 5+ year vision
- Expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and technology assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
