Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven 2020+ technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience in long-term projection frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or similar foresight methodology
