Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 technology adoption across quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype futuristic solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biocomputing, ambient intelligence) for competitive advantage opportunities
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with clear ROI projections
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Champion ethical technology governance frameworks for next-generation AI and automation systems
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs using our proprietary Future Impact Assessment methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated experience in 3+ emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Innovation Management, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 successfully commercialized futuristic technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, quantum computing principles, and generative AI limitations
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
