Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap leading up to 2026, focusing on AI and Quantum advancements.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Decentralized ledgers) into core products.
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable energy technology and its intersection with digital infrastructure.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for advanced AI deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum Computing research.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++ and familiarity with quantum simulation libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into business value.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
