Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technology trends through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects with $5M+ budgets
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships in emerging markets
- Present disruption analyses to board stakeholders and investors
- Mentor next-gen innovation leaders through our FutureForward program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for innovation portfolio management
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
