- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Mentor technical teams in future-focused skill development and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT analysis)
