- Establish global partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and emerging tech hubs
- Develop patent portfolios and IP monetization strategies for next-gen technologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Mentor a 15-person team of futurists and technology architects
- Oversee the commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining technologies
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Deep network within global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (TRIZ, Blue Ocean Strategy, System Thinking)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global partnerships
