Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-forward solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future-focused R&D
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptor landscapes
- Quantify potential market impact of emerging technologies using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-facing projects
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- Demonstrated experience with agile and design thinking frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
