Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for high-scale, future-ready systems aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and innovative solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum-ready protocols).
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability across global infrastructure.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research and present architectural proposals to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Rust, Go, or Python.
- Strong background in System Design and performance optimization.
