Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (AR/VR, bio-hybrid interfaces)
- Analyze market trends and geopolitical factors impacting tech adoption post-2025
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural network governance
- Secure $10M+ in R&D grants through partnerships with DARPA and EU Horizon programs
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers specializing in metamaterials and neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Certified in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder management
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies deployed in production environments
