Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Product Roadmap aligned with the company’s long-term vision and quarterly milestones.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable, technical roadmaps.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and ROI projections.
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in and allocate resources effectively.
- Drive innovation initiatives and mentor junior product managers in strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Strategic Planning within the high-tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of defining successful product strategies for large-scale deployments and global markets.
- Expertise in market research, predictive analytics, and long-term forecasting methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and full product lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
