Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI systems focused on Generative AI and Agentic workflows for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to achieve high performance and low latency in real-time environments.
- Lead technical strategy for Large Language Model (LLM) integration and fine-tuning.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented data scientists and ML engineers.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native AI solutions (AWS/GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
