- Drive agile methodologies with 2-week sprint cycles and daily standups
- Own stakeholder communications from C-suite to technical teams
- Implement cutting-edge DevOps practices with CI/CD pipelines
- Champion data-driven decision frameworks with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage $2M+ annual technology budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in AI/ML project delivery
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-level SaaS platforms
- Expertise in Python, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline
- Google Cloud/AWS Professional certification required
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system integrations
- Experience with AI model deployment at scale (10M+ users)
