Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and deploy large-scale generative models and autonomous agent frameworks targeting deployment in the 2026 timeframe.
- Quantum-Enhanced Algorithms: Explore and implement hybrid classical-quantum machine learning algorithms to solve complex optimization problems.
- Cognitive Architecture: Lead the research into memory-augmented neural networks and self-referential AI systems.
- Model Alignment & Safety: Develop robust safety protocols and alignment strategies for advanced autonomous agents.
- Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with C-level leadership to define the technical milestones and research priorities for the upcoming fiscal years.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research, specifically in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Reinforcement Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark).
- Forward-Thinking: Demonstrated ability to research and prototype technologies that are currently in the experimental phase but primed for industrial adoption.
- Communication: Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
