Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for 2026 technology initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, and product divisions
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with Agile methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications from C-suite to technical teams
- Drive innovation in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Ensure compliance with future-forward regulatory frameworks
- Optimize resource allocation for maximum impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project management with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading complex tech initiatives
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing or AI ethics landscape
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling teams for rapid prototyping environments
