Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts affecting business strategy
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for 2026-era technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and executive stakeholders
- Build and lead a specialized futurist research team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
