Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit scalability by 2026
- Design error correction protocols for quantum coherence beyond 99.9%
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks
- Secure patents for novel quantum algorithms and hardware designs
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Present breakthroughs at international tech summits (Q2 2026)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubits
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D grants
