Responsibilities

- Design cryogenic cooling solutions supporting 10,000+ qubit arrays
- Develop quantum networking protocols enabling global quantum internet
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Create security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging quantum technologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit stabilization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing infrastructure
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and control
- Proficiency with quantum error correction codes (surface/ LDPC)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Prior experience with cryogenic engineering below 10mK
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Knowledge of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerance pathways
