Responsibilities

- Produce forward-looking white papers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior analysts in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or business strategy publications
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) required
