- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused R&D investments
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design methodologies
- Advise on regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or tech ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills across global teams
