Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neurodiversity in workforce) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops on 'Future of Work' and 'Sustainable Cities' initiatives
- Author white papers on quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized governance models
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University to validate emerging technologies
- Design KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 paradigm shifts
- Present strategic briefings to UN Global Compact and World Economic Forum forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published research on exponential technologies or future-shaping systems
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of climate-tech policy and AI governance frameworks
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent certification
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Proficiency in data visualization tools for trend communication (Tableau, Flourish)
