- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive and board audiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario planning frameworks or technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Experience with Delphi methods, cross-impact matrices, and causal layered analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
