Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 market foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Author quarterly horizon reports on emerging quantum computing and AI paradigms
- Champion sustainable tech initiatives aligning with 2030 UN SDGs
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years experience in corporate foresight or innovation strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial initiatives
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
