Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 technology horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and disruptive innovations
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and external partners
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and market entry strategies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience building cross-industry ecosystems and partnership networks
