- Present future outlook insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to align teams on 2026 vision
- Monitor global R&D investments and emerging disruptors in key verticals
- Author annual 'Future State' strategic briefs and position papers
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in future studies or business strategy
- Experience in technology, healthcare, or sustainability sectors preferred
