Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and geopolitical shifts to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-state blueprints
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership content published in top-tier industry journals
- Manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers to validate trend hypotheses
- Advain board-level clients on long-term digital transformation and workforce evolution strategies
- Build proprietary forecasting models using alternative data sources and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or related advanced credential preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published future-strategy implementations
