Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 across technology, regulatory, and social domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to quantify future market opportunities and risks
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings with data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with future market needs
- Establish cross-functional innovation workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic impact
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend mapping methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics

- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Proven track record of influencing executive decision-making through futures research
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or consulting environments
