Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies affecting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop predictive frameworks for societal and industrial transformation
- Produce strategic whitepapers on future workforce automation paradigms
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Advise executive board on emerging regulatory and ethical implications
- Curate annual 'Future State' symposium with industry thought leaders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for 2026-readiness initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of publishing future-state analyses (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 2020+ technology predictions
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams (US/EU/Asia)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
