Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and societal impact forecasts through multi-disciplinary research and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global industry summits
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies with 5-year commercialization pathways
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional development
