Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in developing 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and oversee experimental innovation labs focused on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Mentor senior innovation specialists and develop future-focused talent pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
