- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ at director level
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to market dominance
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent demonstrable impact
