- Develop patentable frameworks for next-generation human-machine interaction systems
- Establish strategic alliances with Fortune 500 companies and academic research institutions
- Present innovation blueprints to the board and secure $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in futures thinking and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and technological disruptors to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic leadership with 5+ years in emerging technology innovation
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ revenue initiatives with 3+ exits
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Review
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or equivalent)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or equivalent
