Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps across technology, product, and market domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate next-generation solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to execution

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology leadership

- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
