- Build and lead a 15-person cross-functional innovation lab
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to board and executive stakeholders
- Drive commercialization of 3-5 breakthrough prototypes by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Experience managing >$3M budgets and cross-continental teams
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
