- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure innovation ROI and long-term impact
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex strategies
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in strategic innovation (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) highly valued
