Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grants
- Present innovation frameworks at global tech summits (Web3, CES, SXSW)
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Leaders incubator program
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful tech launches with >$10M impact
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DOE, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
