Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud migration, containerization, and data security protocols.
- Conduct rigorous architecture reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Manage technical debt and guide the team in refactoring legacy systems for modern compatibility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Go, or Rust) and frameworks.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
