Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision and strategy for integrating advanced AI models, neural interfaces, and quantum computing concepts into our core products.
- Lead High-Level Design: Create robust system architectures that support complex, large-scale data processing and real-time AI inference.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI research) to drive product differentiation.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, best practices, and security protocols to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of system latency and resource efficiency for next-gen workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Knowledge: Proven track record of designing scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) integrations.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to executive leadership.
