Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and communicate the long-term technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and future market trends.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Research, pilot, and assess cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Future-Proof Operations: Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration of next-gen tools into our current workflow.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal 'Future Lab' to prototype concepts that will define the industry standard in 2026.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the emerging technology ecosystem.
- Risk Management: Analyze the ethical and security implications of adopting futuristic technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a senior leadership role within technology, strategy, or product development.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through significant technological transitions.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and the ability to forecast their evolution through 2026.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
